Services Policy

Effective Date: September 2025

EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching, LLC 

1. Scope of Services

EmpowerHER offers coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, courses, digital templates, and done-for-you services. Your specific inclusions will be outlined in your signed agreement or invoice.

2. Service Delivery

Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated. This includes:

  • Zoom sessions
  • Client portals or Google Drive
  • Email/Voxer support (as stated in your package)
  • Delivery of digital files via email or shared folder

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Show up on time for sessions
  • Participate actively and honestly
  • Communicate clearly if issues arise
  • Complete homework, prep forms, or feedback within deadlines
  • Respect boundaries around messaging and availability

4. Turnaround Time

  • Most done-for-you work (ex: branding, websites, content) is delivered within 10–21 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Delays may occur if client feedback or materials are late
  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee

5. Communication & Boundaries

  • Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 10AM–5PM EST
  • Response Time: Within 24–48 business hours
  • Coaching Support: Phone or Text support is only available during active coaching periods and within agreed hours
  • No coaching or support is available on weekends or holidays

6. What’s NOT Included

Unless explicitly stated, your package does not include:

  • Tech setup or troubleshooting
  • Unlimited revisions or edits
  • Legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
  • Strategy or content outside of agreed project scope
  • Refunds or cancellations after service has started

7. No Guarantees

We do not promise specific results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, application, market conditions, and willingness to implement the work.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be forfeited
  • Consulting deadlines may be extended if client deliverables are late

9. Intellectual Property

All EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching materials, templates, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching unless explicitly transferred in writing.

10. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing a service or engaging with EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching, you agree to this Services Policy and all related documents (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Client Agreement).
