By accessing or using this website, booking services, or purchasing digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

We offer business coaching, consulting, trainings, programs, and digital products. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, and correct errors or omissions.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due in full at checkout or upon invoice due date. We accept commonly used online payment methods through secure processors. Late invoices may incur a late fee and/ or work pause until the balance is paid.

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in your service agreement. Session cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

All content, curricula, templates, videos, text, graphics, and trademarks on this site are the property of EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpowerHER Business Consulting & Coaching, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the site or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
