Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through the Member Portal. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active for the full year from your signup date.
What happens after I subscribe?
You’ll receive a Welcome Email within 2–3 days that includes:
- A link to submit your brand spotlight profile
- Info on podcast guest scheduling
- Access to upcoming retreat & mastermind invitations
- Member-only support contact + updates list
When will my features go live?
Social media features begin the month after your signup. Email features rotate quarterly — you’ll receive a confirmation date. Podcast interviews begin January 2026 (annual members get early priority). Retreat invites are sent with 60–90 day advance notice.
Will I be featured more than once?
Yes! As long as your subscription is active, you’ll receive ongoing visibility each month — whether through shoutouts, emails, collaborations, or exclusive community events. The longer you stay in the Lounge, the more opportunities you’ll unlock through our business consulting services.
How do I update my billing info?
You can manage your subscription, update your card, or cancel anytime through the LeadHER Lounge Member Portal.
